By using our services or website, you (“the client”) agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services. Continued use signifies acceptance of any future changes.

1. Scope of Services & Service Commitment

We provide professional virtual assistant (VA) services, performed with skill, care, and professionalism. Tasks may be assigned across qualified team members. We may or may not use artificial intelligence (AI). You may request a ZeroGPT screenshot to verify content. We are not obligated to train clients on output generation methods.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old; some services require 18+.
• Users previously banned or suspended may not register again.
• Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of hours and access.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

We act as independent contractors. No employment, joint venture, or agency relationship is created.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for your account security.
• Report any unauthorized access immediately.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for task directions and legal use of all materials.
• Payment is required upfront. Plans renew unless canceled.
• You are liable for any external service costs required to complete tasks.

6. Task Submissions

Tasks must be submitted one per request via email, SMS, or phone. For issues, email info@myremoteva.com.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

• Your data will not be shared or sold unless required by law.
• Internet transmissions are not 100% secure.

8. Data Security & Access

• We do not retain deleted data.
• Use secure tools when sharing sensitive information.

9. Prohibited Activities

• No illegal, offensive, or unauthorized use of the service.
• No hacking, impersonation, or spam.

10. Non-Solicitation Clause

Direct hiring or solicitation of our staff is prohibited and subject to a $25,000 penalty.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue or data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of availability or accuracy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform is owned by My Remote VA. You may not reuse without written consent.

14. Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 10 days for new purchases only, with unused hours.
• Renewals, partial use, or forgotten cancellations are non-refundable.
• Billing errors will be evaluated and refunded upon approval.

15. Service Interruptions & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations, payment issues, or force majeure events such as disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

16. Free Trials & Discounts

Promotions may be discontinued at any time without notice.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in India. No jury trial or class action is permitted.

18. Export Controls & International Use

Use our services in compliance with all local laws and export restrictions.

19. Modifications to Terms

We may update terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

20. Entire Agreement, Severability & Waiver

This agreement is final and complete. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

21. Third-Party Links & Tools

We are not responsible for external tools, websites, or their terms of use.

22. Feedback & Submissions

Feedback and suggestions may be used without compensation or obligation.
